NeuroPlay Therapies provides professional learning and therapeutic consultations for early childhood teams. Our workshops build educator capability, strengthen child outcomes and align with Kindergarten Uplift goals. All sessions are research informed, strengths based and practical for immediate use in daily routines.
Co-Regulation and Emotional Literacy in the Early Years
Educators learn to recognise and respond to children’s emotional cues through co-regulation, modelling and emotional coaching. Practical tools such as calm corners, visual supports and attuned language help build emotional intelligence and resilience.
Building Focus, Persistence, and Self-Regulation through Play
This session explores how skills like attention, impulse control and flexible thinking develop through play. Educators gain strategies, visual planners and scaffolded activities to support persistence, transitions and engagement.
Playful Pathways for Language and Expressive Skills
Educators discover how songs, stories and imaginative play foster language and communication. The session provides strategies to build vocabulary, joint attention and expressive skills for inclusive, language-rich environments.
Movement, Sensory Play, and the Body Brain Connection
This session highlights the role of movement and sensory play in learning and regulation. Educators learn how to embed sensory circuits, movement breaks and outdoor experiences to support focus, balance and wellbeing.
Neurodiversity Affirming Practice in Early Childhood
Educators learn to celebrate and support neurodivergent children through flexible, strengths based practices. The workshop focuses on adapting environments, communication and routines to enhance belonging, regulation and participation.
